Each service is scoped for a different stage of the planning process — so you engage at the level that fits your situation.

RM 2,650 Enquire
Market Entry Study

Why Selat Atlas

How We Work Differently

Practical over theoretical. We stay close to the numbers, the context, and what you can realistically act on.

Structured Process

Each engagement follows a clear scope — intake, working sessions, and a written output. You know what to expect before we start.

Honest Assumptions

We don't dress up the numbers. If a plan doesn't hold together under scrutiny, we say so — and work with you on a more grounded version.

Malaysian Market Focus

Based in Sarawak, we understand East Malaysian business conditions, regulatory context, and the practical realities of operating locally.

Collaborative Approach

We work with you through each stage — not just deliver a document. Your input shapes what we produce, and we keep the conversation open.

Usable Deliverables

Our outputs are written to be shared — with partners, lenders, or internal teams. Clear language, sensible structure, no unnecessary complexity.

Stage-Appropriate Scope

We match the engagement to where you actually are — a quick feasibility check, a full plan, or a detailed market study. No overselling the scope.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked

What is included in the Idea Feasibility Session?
The session includes an intake form you complete beforehand, a working meeting where we go through the key demand, cost, and operational questions together, and a short written feasibility note summarising what we found. It is designed to give you a clearer picture in a single, focused engagement.
How long does the Business Plan Development take?
The timeline varies depending on how complex the business model is and how quickly we can schedule sessions together. Most engagements run across three to five working sessions over two to four weeks. We confirm the schedule at the start so you can plan accordingly.
Can the business plan document be shared with a bank or investor?
Yes. The plan document and executive summary are formatted to be shared with external parties such as lenders, investors, or business partners. We write in clear language and present financials in a way that outside readers can follow without requiring background knowledge of your business.
Who is the Market Entry Study suited to?
It is primarily for businesses already operating that are considering entering a new market, segment, or geographic area. If you are assessing whether expansion makes sense — and what shape it might take — this engagement walks through the information needed to make that decision more clearly.
Do you work with clients outside Sibu or Sarawak?
We do. Sessions can be conducted remotely, and we have worked with clients from other parts of Sarawak and Peninsular Malaysia. Where a face-to-face meeting would be more useful — for example during a complex market entry study — we discuss that arrangement separately.
What information do I need to prepare before a session?
We send a short intake form before any engagement. It covers the basics — what the business or idea is, who the intended customers are, and what you currently know about costs and revenue. You don't need polished materials. The intake helps us focus the session on what's most relevant.
